Stem Trainer

_**Roles and responsibilities**_

STEM trainers deliver classroom instruction, facilitating lessons that introduce and explore concepts in Science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

They often lead professional development workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their knowledge and skills in education.

They organize and facilitate extracurricular activities, clubs, or competitions to further engage students in STEM learning.

They assess student progress and learning outcome by designing and administering formative and summative assessments. They evaluate student work, provide constructive feedback, and monitor individual and group performance
