Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:
2. *Customer Outreach*: Initiate and maintain contact with potential customers to present products or services, answer inquiries, and address objections in order to generate interest and secure sales appointments.
3. *Sales Pitching*: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect, highlighting the benefits and features of products or services to maximize conversion rates.
4. *Relationship Building*: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, following up on inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
5. *Pipeline Management*: Manage sales pipelines and track progress of leads through various stages of the sales cycle, updating CRM system or other tracking tools accordingly.
6. *Sales Targets*: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management, consistently striving to achieve and exceed performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
7. *Product Knowledge*: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products or services, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings, in order to effectively position and sell to customers.
8. *Sales Reporting*: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management, providing insights into sales activities, performance, and trends.
9. *Collaboration*: Collaborate with sales team members, marketing, and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and support overall business objectives.
10. *Continuous Learning*: Stay updated on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry developments through ongoing training, professional development opportunities, and self-study.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar role for at least 2 years.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and persuasive manner over the phone.
- Ability to effectively handle objections and close sales in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
