**Experience**:* Fresher/Experienced
**Skills Required**:*
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office suite and CRM software
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques
- Ability to handle objections effectively
**Responsibilities**:*
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling lists
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions
- Keep records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and maintain retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities
**Additional Requirements**:*
- Must be ready to join immediately
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
**Salary Range**:* 20,000 - 30,000 INR per month (based on experience and skills)
