**Product Owner**

**Job Description**:
**Opportunity Summary**:
**The Product Owner is responsible for defining and prioritizing product features that align with the organization's strategic goals and maximize value for its customers. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure that the product vision is communicated and executed effectively.**:
**What would you do?**

- Define and prioritize product features and user stories based on customer and stakeholder feedback, market analysis, and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product vision is communicated and executed effectively.
- Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is up to date, prioritized, and reflects the product vision.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and other customer feedback methods to validate and refine product features.
- Work with the development team to ensure that product features are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected level of quality.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and feature releases to stakeholders and customers.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the product's performance and impact, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Contribute to the writing and maintaining of JIRA stories.
- Contribute to the planning and prioritization of JIRA sprints.

The following skills are needed for this role.

**Experience**
- 3-5 years

**Primary Skills**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies, product development processes, and software development life cycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer and business needs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Experience in user research, data analysis, and market analysis
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana or similar.

**Secondary Skills (nice to have)**
- Search concepts
- AI and Machine Learning concepts
- Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow)

**Soft Skills**
- Thrives collaborating in a team environment with a diverse range of people.
- Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience.
- Able to have a change of mind, and able to change the minds of others.
- Writes clearly and concisely.
- Capable of working without a company office, with a fully remote team.

**Qualification**:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- This role requires overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings, status updates etc. on a regular basis.
