Opportunity Summary

:

The Product Owner is responsible for defining and prioritizing product features that align with the organization's strategic goals and maximize value for its customers. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure that the product vision is communicated and executed effectively.

What would you do?

  • Define and prioritize product features and user stories based on customer and stakeholder feedback, market analysis, and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that the product vision is communicated and executed effectively.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is up to date, prioritized, and reflects the product vision.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and other customer feedback methods to validate and refine product features.
  • Work with the development team to ensure that product features are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected level of quality.
  • Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and feature releases to stakeholders and customers.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the product's performance and impact, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Contribute to the writing and maintaining of JIRA stories.
  • Contribute to the planning and prioritization of JIRA sprints.

Experience

  • 35 years

Primary Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, product development processes, and software development life cycle
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a focus on customer and business needs
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire crossfunctional teams
  • Experience in user research, data analysis, and market analysis
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana or similar.

Secondary Skills (nice to have)

  • Search concepts
  • AI and Machine Learning concepts
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow)

Soft Skills

  • Thrives collaborating in a team environment with a diverse range of people.
  • Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience.
  • Able to have a change of mind, and able to change the minds of others.
  • Writes clearly and concisely.
  • Capable of working without a company office, with a fully remote team.

Qualification

:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

  • This role requires overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings, status updates etc. on a regular basis. The duration of these overlaps can change depending on the type of meeting. _
