Accounts Executive

What will you be doing?
1. Ensure the bills
- purchase/ service, are punched properly with regards to tax & proper Expense head.
2. To coordinate with the corporate office with regards to monthly submission of reports.
3. Verification of PF, ESIC, LWF before payment.
4. To assist in the preparation of Returns and special statistical reports as assigned by the D.O.F.
5. To assist in the compilation of departmental budgets, forecasts and business plan.
6. To prepare monthly accruals for goods and services received, but not invoiced.
7. Day to day income audit check.
8. Finalizing the GST payment & filing the return on timely basis.
9. Working of GSTR-9 Annual return.
10. Filing the TDS return.
11. Finalizing the VAT working payment & return filing on timely bases.
12. Reconciliation of GSTR-2A, GST TCS & GST TDS.
13. Interacting with internal & External Auditors, CA & CS.
14. Handling the statutory work of the Company.
15. Ensuring all the taxes & licenses are properly maintained & renewed timely.
16. Handling Tax Audit.
17. Checking of day to day entries posted by Front office, F & B & other departments.
18. Monitor the Fund flow & bank reconciliation.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
