Job Description/Details:
Intraday Liquidity Management is a function housed within Liquidity Risk Management and is specifically responsible for all areas involved intraday flows throughout the enterprise. This includes the overall governance model, frameworks and policies for intraday liquidity, intraday tools, successful delivery of intraday components of multiple regulatory deliverables including Recovery and Resolution Planning and SR 14-1 as well as any technology enhancements related to intraday liquidity.

This position will provide support for a variety of functions and/or production oversight working with multiple business teams within Intraday Liquidity Management. These activities may include: regulatory/compliance matters, reporting/analysis, tracking of policy/procedure adherence, etc. Administers programs or processes specific to Intraday Liquidity Management. Coordinates and monitors implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies. Prepares reports, presentations, internal communications, or other assigned documentation. May participate in special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Perform ILMS to AMI Compare process hourly from 8:30 - 3:30pm ET. Perform key research throughout the day and escalate to other ILM teams, LRM senior leadership and/or technology as required.
- Manage bi-weekly PMD reserve calculation to Fed Reserve Central comparison to ensure Reg D compliance.
- Support EUCT development which may include change management process, testing and implementation.
- Prepare and coordinate the quarterly certification of Fed authorizations (i.e. OAL, Fedwire Funds, Fedwire Securities)

Required Qualifications (This field is used to add additional required qualifications to the job posting that are not included in the job family default qualifications that automatically post)
- 2+ years experience with payment processing and/or settlement, especially related to checks, wires and ACH.
- Ability to communicate across various levels of leadership
- Demonstrated experience in analytics and research.
- Proven experience in self-managing in a deadline or risk oriented environment, problem solving to quick resolution, and escalation to eliminate risk within compliance guidelines.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience working both in a collaborative virtual team environment and also with independence.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and utilize information to develop solutions and best practices.
- 2+ years technical proficiency of VBA, Excel, and SQL
