**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and maintaining office files
- Answer phone calls and handle enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Utilise computerised systems for data management and record-keeping
- Assist in managing office operations and coordinating administrative tasks
- Support financial tasks by using MS Office for basic accounting functions
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
- Proficiency in using computerised systems for office tasks
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles using QuickBooks would be beneficial
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
