You Role and Responsibilities
- Need to have extensive experience in, Juniper EX, QFX switches and MX routers.
- Knowledge on SD-WAN solution, Juniper CSO is added advantage.
- Should identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any hardware, software or configuration related incidents observed on any equipment across network.
- Responsible for preparing Method of Procedure for any configuration changes and follow Change management procedures.
- Should have good Knowledge and working experience on Juniper Products.
- Should be skilled in Firewall and VPN troubleshooting.
- Responsible for leading any planned scheduled maintenance activities.
- Should be able to lead any incident calls with OEM technical support and provide any inputs required for restoration.
- Resolve Customer Escalations.
- Act as a key SPOC for L3 Incidents.
- Type of Experience: Global | Build and Manage | L3 SME / Architect | Strong Customer liaising skills/exp
- Certifications needed: Juniper ENT (JNCIS, JNCIP),

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Design, delivery and L4 escalation support for data network services across the global Ernst & Y- Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT domain
- Hand on skills in configure, administer, and document IT Network infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge on working with Juniper EX, QFX, MX. Juniper SRX is added advantage.
- Maintain High Availability (VRRP or DUAL Routing engines)
- Knowledge of PE-CE environment
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, AZURE)
- Deep Knowledge of network protocols (ISIS, OSPF, BGP, RIP, VLAN, TCP/IP, VRRP, etc.).
- Routing troubleshooting and maintenance issues. Responsible for resolving the issues from the company and/or vendor documented resolutions.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge on Log analysis and correlation of Monthly reports.
- Should be familiar with Juniper EX/QFX deployment (VC, VCF, MC-Lag, Spine/Leaf, EVPN/VXLAN)
- Supply data on resolvable firewall issues to the vendor Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) and, with assistance from the vendor technicians, advance towards full resolution of the issues and documentation of the process.
- Should have understanding on remote VPN Setup, Pulse Secure will be added advantage.
- Ability to work in 24X7 environment and experience in handling provisioning related issues.
- Extended understanding of BGP and OSPF protocols as well as MPLS network setup required. Experience to work in design and architecture role for large enterprise networks with demonstrating efficient project team collaboration skills within diverse teams embracing infrastructure and Information Security professionals to achieve successful solutions for the business. Both technical and business requirements understanding required. Senior Engineer should lead the design process and support management of existing network deployment acting as the last escalation point of contact.
