**Introduction**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a Network L3 (CCIE R&S or SP or DC), you are expected to work on Networking products or solutions based on any vendor hardware /vendor operating system software (i.e Vendor agnostic) with little or minimum support from superiors. E.g. include: Skills on Routers/Switches/ Load balancer. Typical examples of the other deliverables would be of deploying, managing and implementing networking solutions to address client business requirements. You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Will be part of Escalation team and will be responsible for managing country wide customer escalation
- Ensure 24/7 availability of the production environment and lead on ground (field and on-site) L2 team.
- Escalation point for L2 team.
- Escalation Management
- Point of contact for other technical teams for support.
- Will be part of technical discussion in internal and customer meeting.
- Manage and maintain Modular Routers, Modular Switches, Load Balancer.
- Define and implement network policies, procedures and standards
- Have good understanding of RFP's.
- Have experince in network designing and preparing document like HLS, LLD, NDD, etc
- Must have exposure of network automation
- Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
- CCIE Routing & Switching/ Service Provider/ Datacenter Certification
- Good knowledge of routing/ switching, data center technologies.
- Experience/ Knowledge in managing/ supporting Cisco/ Juniper/ Radware etc.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP network protocols, IP networking management and troubleshooting skills.
- Expertise of BGP, VTP, Vxlan, MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF, VPLS, VPLS. HSRP, VRF, AAA, GRE tunnels, SD-WAN, ACI, QOS etc.
- Hands-on experience on ASR and Nexus devices.
- Good understanding of LAN and WAN
- Experience of leading the technical team.Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Min 8-12 years of experience with experience in the following areas:

- CCIE Security
- Good knowledge of routing/ switching, data center technologies.
- Experience/ Knowledge in managing/ supporting Cisco/ Juniper/ Radware/ F5/ IBM/ Symentec etc.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP network protocols, IP networking management and troubleshooting skills.
- Expertise of Radius/ Tacacs, IPS/IDS, SIEM, VPN, SSL VPN, Failover, DLP, QOS, Attack mitigation,
- Hands-on experience on Security devices. Good understanding of LAN and WAN.
