**Job Title: Operations Executive**

**Job Description/Duties & Responsibilities**

**New Enquiry**
- Handling new business enquiries
- Collecting required data / basic information from customer in order to provide quotations.
- Issuing quotations on various insurance companies’ portals and/or requesting quotes from the insurer as necessary
- Negotiating Terms/ rates with various insurance companies to provide the best quotations/terms/premium in line with customer requirement.
- Follow ups with the agents/customers on the quotations. Identifying and reporting any business at risk of non-materialization to the manager.
- Scrutinizing & vetting the policy documents in line with the broking slip and customer requirement
- Assisting seniors in preparation of broking slips and quote comparison for major enquiries

**Renewals**
- Pulling out renewal policies data and files from the system for the renewals
- Requesting Renewals Terms to Insurance Company 45-60 days prior to policy expiry
- Preparing Renewal notices and sending to the customers 45 days prior to policy expiry
- Sending out renewal data to individual agents with copy to operations manager and marketing head 45 days prior to expiry
- Preparing renewal terms once received from the insurers and sending to all the customers

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Angamally, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations: 1 year (preferred)
