**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Propel operational success with your expertise in technology support and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Job responsibilities**
- Monitor production activities/processes to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems to internal and external clients, technical resources, and executives.
- Implement continuous process improvement, including but not limited to policy, procedures, and production monitoring.
- Help in identifying, coordinating, and implementing initiatives/projects and activities that create efficiencies and optimize technical processing.
- Participate in release cycles including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and QA Testing
- Carefully evaluate alternative risks and solutions before taking action to provide timely resolution.
- Demonstrate creativity, innovation and high performance.
- Understanding of risk controls and compliance to departmental and company-wide standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
- Takes Ownership and is solutions oriented.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Hands-on professional experience working as a Salesforce Administrator / Developer
- Ability to break down issues and work independently
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages, plus an interest in learning other coding languages and skills as needed
- Experience with SQL
- Working knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and concepts
- Experience working with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning web components
- Experience working with SoQL
