**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Supervision and Leadership:
Lead a team of production personnel, providing clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to ensure smooth operations and achievement of production goals.

Schedule and coordinate daily activities, allocate resources effectively, and manage workflow to optimize productivity.

2. Quality Control:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to monitor and assess products throughout the manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to finished goods.

Conduct regular inspections and tests on rubber compounds, powder-coated products, and intermediate materials to ensure they meet specified quality standards.

Analyze testing data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to prevent defects and ensure consistent quality.

3. Technical Expertise:
Collaborate with the R&D team to transfer new formulations and processes into production, ensuring seamless integration and successful scale-up.
