Detailed JD:
Location : Singanallur

Ø Maintaining records of driver’s log, trip details including vehicle mileage and fuel usage.
Ø Scheduling drivers’ work hours and routes to ensure they comply with regulations.
Ø Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all transportation needs are met.
Ø Ensuring safety standards are met by drivers and vehicles.
Ø Communicating with customers about their trip details to ensure that they are aware of any delays in arrival times or issues with their trips.
Ø Coordinating with clients to arrange pickup and drop.
Ø Establishing relationships with clients and customers to ensure that high-quality service is provided.
Ø Driving License must (In case of any emegency he needs to do pickup and drop.
Ø Resolving customer concerns and feedback on transportation.
Ø Preparing daily reports and sharing it daily for a review with HOD.
Ø Welcoming and receiving the guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
Ø Direct the visitors to the appropriate person and to the relevant office.
Ø Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ø Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Ø Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Ø Update calendars and schedule driver’s trips.
Ø Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Ø Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
