- **EXPERIENCE**:

- At least 2-5 years of hands on experience with inventory, cost accounting and abilty to handle team of vendors & contractors.
- Managing the procurement process for goods and services required by the organization, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchase.
- Overseeing inventory levels, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring adequate supply to meet demand while minimizing obsolete inventory.
- Developing and managing budgets for the purchase department, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures to optimize spending.
- Leading and supervising a team of purchasing and store staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation to ensure efficient operations.
- Continuously evaluating and improving purchasing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
- Knowledge of MIS, invoicing,vendor,ledger,payments
- Generating reports and analysing data related to purchasing activities, including spending patterns, supplier performance, and inventory levels, to inform decision-making and strategic planning
- Facilitating communication and coordination between the purchase department and other departments within the organization, ensuring alignment of purchasing activities with broader organizational goals and objectives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
