Job Title: Business Advisory Associate

Job Description: Vision Karnataka Foundation is a dynamic and forward-thinking firm specializing in providing expert business advisory services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Advisory Associate with a focus on government projects to join our team.

**Position**: Business Advisory Associate - Government Projects Experience: Minimum 3 years in business advisory, with a proven track record in government projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Lead and manage government projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans.
- **Government Regulations and Compliance**:

- Stay abreast of the latest government regulations and policies relevant to the projects.
- Provide guidance on compliance issues and ensure that projects align with regulatory requirements.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing strategic counsel.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic advice on government project initiatives.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance project outcomes.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for government projects.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing financial performance and maximizing return on investment.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with various stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and other relevant parties.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks associated with government projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
- **Counseling and Advisory Services**:

- Provide expert counsel on business strategies, risk management, and policy compliance.
- Guide clients through decision-making processes, offering valuable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business advisory, with a focus on government projects.
- Strong understanding of government regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide strategic insights.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:
