**About the role** As the Chief of Staff for the CEO at Sourcewiz, you’ll work directly for the CEO and work closely with the leadership team to help them grow to scale, and run the business more effectively. In this role, you will help the CEO and the business by: - driving critical initiatives (which requires cross-functional coordination) - facilitating all CEO reviews -weekly / monthly / quarterly ( You will define and execute the Rhythm of the Business for the CEO’s office; including meeting cadence, quarterly reviews, off-sites, and all-hands) - becoming a problem-solving partner to the CEO on key strategic decisions.
This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence.
**Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?**
Own the CEO's agenda - ensuring maximum impact in both internal and external engagements
Own and organize Quarterly Planning sessions with internal partners with content, agenda, preparation, and oversight of deliverables
Drive the Leadership team towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making
Be a thought partner to leadership on the organization’s vision, priorities, and challenges
Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO and act as a representative when required
Help drive data driven presentations for the Leadership team in both internal and external engagements
Drive strategic initiatives and/or discrete projects on behalf of our CEO and the executive team.
Solve ambiguous problems
**Here's what we're looking for**:
3-5 years of overall experience in tier 1 management consulting firms (MBB, Parthenon-EY, LEK, Strategy& and others). Additional experience of launching a start-up/ working in a start-up or Venture Capital is preferred but not necessary
Are great at problem solving
Have awesome drive and persistence
Are humble and have excellent people skills
Have an entrepreneurial approach; a self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end
