Tele Marketing Executive

As a Tele Marketing Executive, your primary objective will be to engage prospective students, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the admission counseling team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our educational programs.
- Communicate effectively with potential students, providing them with accurate and comprehensive information about the institute's programs, admission requirements, and benefits.
- Identify and qualify prospective students through targeted questioning and active listening.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to encourage their enrollment in our educational programs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, call volume, and appointment setting.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the institute during all interactions with potential students.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship and establish trust over the phone.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence potential students and generate interest in the institute's programs.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admission processes, and industry trends is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hooghly, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
