Job Description: Tele caller Executive

Duty Time: 10 AM to 7 PM, Week Off - Sunday.

Experience Required : 06 months to 01 years in tele caller in any sales department.

Position Overview:
The Tele caller Executive plays a crucial role in our organization by contacting potential customers, clients, or donors through telephone calls. The primary responsibility is to generate leads, promote products and services over the phone. The Telecaller Executive should possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a proactive approach to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote products or services, qualify leads

2. Manage a high volume of outbound calls in a timely manner.

3. Build rapport with potential customers by providing information about products or services, addressing their queries, and understanding their needs.

4. Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria.

6. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.

7. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the database.

8. Achieve weekly or monthly targets set by the team or management.

9. Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to optimize strategies for lead generation and conversion.

10. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Good listening skills and attention to detail.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.

7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

8. Persistence and resilience in achieving targets.

9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or telemarketing is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
