**Job Title**:Telemarketing Executive
**Location**: Chandannagar, Hooghly, West Bengal.
**Job Summary**:
- As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be integral to our sales process by generating leads, setting appointments, and occasionally conducting in-person sales meetings with senior team members. Your main task will be to contact potential clients by phone, understand their needs, and highlight the value of our products and services. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to help achieve sales targets and support the organization’s success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, and data analysis to create a list of prospects.
**2. Outbound Calls**: Initiate calls to potential clients, introduce our products/services, and assess their needs and interests.
**3. Appointment Setting**:Schedule appointments for the sales team based on generated leads and manage an organized calendar.
**4. Relationship Building**: Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, providing information, and addressing any questions.
**5. Product Knowledge**:Stay updated on our products/services, features, benefits, and pricing to convey their value effectively.
**6. Sales Pitch**: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage clients to consider our offerings.
**8. Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and sales progress in the CRM system.
**9. Team Collaboration**: Work with the sales team to share insights, provide feedback, and assist in closing sales deals when needed.
**10. In-Person Sales**: Participate in in-person sales calls with senior team members to assist in closing deals when necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field (preferable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel for in-person sales calls.
