**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Ø Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ø Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and efficient support.
Ø Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer service management system for future reference.
Ø Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to help improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
Ø Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as sales, technical support, and logistics, to resolve complex customer issues or escalate when necessary.
Ø Quality Assurance: Ensure that all customer service interactions comply with company standards for quality, professionalism, and timeliness.
Ø Upselling & Cross-Selling (if applicable): Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company products/services when appropriate, enhancing the customer’s experience.
**Skills**:
Ø Minimum 2 year of experience in customer care.
Ø Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ø Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ø Ability to handle stressful situations and manage difficult customers with empathy and professionalism.
Ø Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ø Positive, patient, and professional demeanour.
Ø Fluent in English, Hindi and Tamil
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
