**Job Title**: Production Manager - AHU Manufacturing

**Location**: [Bangalore, Karnataka]

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest in sheet metal fabrication, powder coating technologies, and CNC machinery, committed to delivering excellence in every unit we produce.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Oversee the production process, from sheet metal fabrication to the final assembly of AHUs.

Ø Manage CNC operations, ensuring precision and efficiency in turret punch press and press brake processes.

Ø Ensure the powder coating department delivers high-quality finishes on all components.

Ø Supervise the PUFF injection process for optimal insulation and quality control.

Ø Guide the welding team in TIG and MIG techniques to ensure structural integrity and high-quality joints.

Ø Oversee brazing operations for copper components in heat exchanger manufacturing.

Ø Implement and maintain high standards of workmanship for all production activities.

Ø Coordinate with the engineering and design teams to streamline production processes.

Ø Manage the production schedule to meet delivery targets and manage workflow.

Ø Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

Ø Train, supervise, and evaluate production team members.

Ø Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.

Ø Monitor production costs and manage budgets.

Ø Liaise with supply chain and procurement to ensure material availability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a production management role within a relevant industry.
- In-depth knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, CNC machinery operations, powder coating, and thermal insulation processes.
- Proficiency in welding and brazing, specifically with TIG and MIG techniques, and brazing of copper.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard quality and safety management systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
