As a BDE in the construction industry, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will play an important role in expanding the customer base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This position requires a strong combination of sales expertise, experience in the field of building material sales, construction industry knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with prospective clients through effective communication strategies, nurturing relationships, and converting them into our clients list
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Track and report sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Any graduation (marketing or related field preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel as required meeting clients and attending industry events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
