Job Title: Resident Medical Officer

Job Summary: As a Resident Medical Officer (RMO), you will play a crucial role in providing medical care to patients in a healthcare facility. You will work closely with a team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients, and ensure their well-being. The RMO will be responsible for providing round-the-clock medical coverage, managing emergencies, and collaborating with other healthcare staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide medical care to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and diagnose medical conditions
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for patients
- Monitor and record patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families about their medical conditions and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay updated with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications:l
- Completion of a residency program or equivalent clinical experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Ability to handle medical emergencies and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and be on call as required

Working Conditions: Resident Medical Officers typically work in hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare facilities. They may work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may be required to be on call. The work environment may involve exposure to infectious diseases and other occupational hazards.

Physical Demands: The job of a Resident Medical Officer requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time. They may also be required to lift and move patients or equipment, and must be able to perform tasks that require manual dexterity.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
