IT Technician

IT Tech & DevOps Level II
- Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, FortiGate firewalls, and security.
- Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
- Occasional on-site troubleshooting, changes to network and systems as required.
- Experience with PowerShell
- Experience with Azure
- Assemble, image and configure client workstations, servers, printers, scanners, mobile devices and other peripherals.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines; multi-tasking abilities are essential including managing multiple tickets and other duties as assigned
- Experience with ConnectWise or other RMM
- Skill Sets:

- Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
- Proven technical, analytical and problem-solving tech support skills
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation as this is a customer-facing role

Highly self-motivated and directed with a passion for technology and I.T.
- IT Certifications: CompTIA A+
- Managed Services: 3 years (preferred)
- Excellent customer service orientation as this is a customer-facing role

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
