**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and resolve issues within NetSuite WMS, specifically related to:

- Inventory locked in bins
- Inventory release and adjustments
- Pick tasks, waves, and fulfillment workflows
- Troubleshoot and optimize wave release and picking tasks to ensure efficient order processing
- Identify process improvements to prevent recurring WMS errors
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve real-time order fulfillment issues
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference

**Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite WMS and inventory management workflows
- Experience troubleshooting WMS issues (inventory locks, bin management, pick tasks, waves)
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and order processing in NetSuite
- Ability to analyze system data and identify root causes of errors
- Experience with NetSuite saved searches, reports, and dashboards is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- NetSuite certification (WMS or ERP)
- Experience with warehouse automation tools or integrations.

**Location**: Remote / Office

**Shift**: PST - Night shift

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
