**Role Overview**:
The Sales Executive is a key contributor to our sales team, responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role involves understanding client needs, presenting our product/service offerings, negotiating terms, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and product/service proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, meeting or exceeding targets consistently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
