As the Secretary at Orange CDC, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will encompass a blend of administrative responsibilities, reception duties, and account management tasks, requiring versatility, organization, and exceptional communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance to the management team as needed.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars.
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, and presentations.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- **Account Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client inquiries.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
- **Record-Keeping and Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining client databases and files.
- **Office Management**:

- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in organizing office maintenance and repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the [mention industry, if applicable].
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
