Personal Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a fresher, you will assist senior management with administrative and personal tasks, offering a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. Training will be provided.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with personal tasks as needed (scheduling, errands, etc.).
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Maintain a filing system and organize confidential information.
- Handle basic office management duties (stationery, supplies, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
- Travel with Directors as and when required
**Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
