**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and forecasting material requirements for production
- Coordinating with the production team to understand the material demand and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Procuring materials from vendors and negotiating contracts and pricing
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels for all production materials
- Monitoring and tracking material consumption and usage to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Identifying and mitigating material shortages or excesses to avoid disruption to the production process
- Developing and implementing material control strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times and minimize material waste
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in material planning, procurement, and inventory management in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of materials used in electronics manufacturing, such as electronic components and raw materials
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system
