As a Client Coordinator, you will act as the liaison between our clients and our internal departments, ensuring that client requests and requirements are clearly understood and effectively communicated to the relevant teams. You will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, managing all communications regarding orders, shipment details, and any concerns.
- **Coordination & Order Fulfillment**: Work closely with departments like production, quality control, and logistics to ensure that client specifications are met and orders are processed and fulfilled on time.
- **Production Monitoring**: Monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met, proactively addressing any potential delays.
- **Shipment Management**: Handle courier and shipment bookings, prepare and manage necessary shipping documentation (customs declarations, invoices, packing lists), and coordinate with freight forwarders to manage the movement of goods.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any operational issues, including delays, shipping errors, or client complaints.
- **Sampling Coordination**: Work closely with the sampling department to communicate client requests and ensure the final product aligns with client needs.
- **After-Sales Support**: Provide post-shipment support, including addressing any issues with delivered products, coordinating returns or exchanges, and gathering feedback for service improvement.

- Comfortable speaking and communicating with international clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
