**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure translations are **culturally appropriate** and maintain the intended meaning of the source material.
- Participate in meetings and **provide interpretation** support between Korean and English-speaking teams.
- Review and edit translations to ensure **accuracy** and **consistency**.
- Coordinate with teams across departments to manage **language requirements** for ongoing projects.
- Ensure translations are completed on time, meeting both **quality standards** and **deadlines**.
- Maintain **glossaries** and **translation databases** to ensure consistent terminology usage.
- Stay updated on **language trends**, technical terminology, and cultural nuances.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in Korean and English** (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in **Korean Language**, **Translation**, **Linguistics**, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a professional translator or interpreter.
- Strong understanding of **Korean culture** and **business etiquette**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple translation projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with translation tools and software such as **SDL Trados**, **MemoQ**, or **Wordfast**.
- Strong **attention to detail** and accuracy in translations.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in translating technical content in fields such as **technology**, **engineering**, or **business**.
- Knowledge of **specialized terminology** related to industries like IT, law, healthcare, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with **editing and proofreading** translated content to ensure quality.
- Previous experience working with **global teams** or in cross-functional environments.
