Job Summary:

As a (Sr.) Account Manager, you are responsible for building the relationship with C-level management in large enterprise clients. To keep the growth in key customers, you will work closely with our Technical, Channel Partner and Marketing team to formulate selling strategies and campaigns; to build trusted relationships with customers and their senior representatives.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement specific territory and account plans to build pipeline and deliver on revenue targets by new account acquisition and expanding business in existing customers.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales and product strategy.
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders and generate brand awareness at medium-to-large companies
  • Quickly identify the challenges which our prospective customers face and discover the best solutions for their business
  • Manage business opportunities/pipeline and create resilient revenue forecast by consequent use of CRM system.
  • Effectively engage internal resources e. g. Sales Engineering, Channel Sales, and Marketing team for business support
  • Consistently increase and close new business at or above quota level

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above degree in Engineering, IT or Business.
  • 7+ years of relevant Sales Experience in the Security Industry.
  • Exposure to both End Customer Environments and Channels.
  • Proven ability to sell solutions to mid-size and large enterprise accounts.
  • A proven track record of Sales quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.
  • Ability to network, create and build strong relationships senior executive relationships.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Ability to understand the technology and translate it into business needs.
  • Excel in presenting business value proposition, solutions, and able to explain the benefits of complex technology in easy-to-understand business language.
  • High on ethics and integrity.
