**Local Division Controller - PAMP**:

You will be working as Local Division Controller - PAMP and will be part of Process Automation business area for Marine and Ports division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Finance Manager. You will be a key business partner to the local business line managers and their management teams to drive and execute strategy according to the business model. You will be leading the finance teams to optimize financial performance and support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives and recommending the most appropriate business solution to drive for profitable growth.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Translating business strategy into plans and establishing measurable targets. Evaluating financial implications of various strategic decisions, identifying risks and recommending actions
- Overseeing business planning and forecasting process for area of responsibility and serving as interface to HQ/Country CFO/Region/Local Division Manager
- Driving appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization and capital efficiency while closely monitoring cash flow and taking relevant action to improve networking capital
- Identifying and communicating commercial and financial risks and opportunities from business propositions. Executing risk review procedures and processing in line with global policies and standards to minimize commercial and financial risks and exposure
- Establishing and overseeing processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent, reliable financial data, business information ensuring high quality information in line with defined standards, financial closing schedules and ensuring compliance with corporate, country standards, regulation, guidelines and supporting internal and external audits
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant local/ country/ division/ region controllers, accounting center and other internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in B. Com or CA or CMA
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in cash flow management, financial planning and controlling, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost structure, productivity optimization and capital efficiency
- Having working exposure in engineering / marine / cements/ paper/ steel / process automation industries
- Excellent knowledge of finance processes and tools, including SAP. Proven ability to problem solving using structured approach. Good analytical, communication and leadership skills
