Core Responsibilities:
- Management and administration of the Knowledge Base solutions by ensuring that data are up to date.
- Perform continuous in-depth analysis on results and provide strategic solutions to improve KB system.
- Analyze user feedback to help optimize infrastructure and revise guidelines, instructions, and policies of the KB System.
- Documentation of system configurations, upgrades, and historical tracking of changes.
- To comply with the Burjeel Holdings Existing policies and procedures
- To strictly comply and implement Experience Center processes, policies and procedures
- Actively participate in the BH Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Programs and other In-Service Training Programs
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Manager Experience Center
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge and hands on experience with HTML, JS, PHP & CSS languages,
- Knowledge of SQL Database management and table array
- Ability to work with and analyze large sets of data
Skills & Competency:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Technical Background highly recommended
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
