Department wise MIS
Project coordination
Timeline and profitability MIS - Resource wise and project wise
Presentation and training for new changes and processes.
Manage development, implementation and support functions
Understand company vision and mission and ensure that all planning is inline with it
Work closely with sales and commercial teams and prioritize tasks related to revenue collection
Work with HR to create measurable KRA for all teams to ensure team productivity
Lead daily review meetings with development, support and implementation teams to review project statuses and daily tasks
Create implementation plan for all implementations
Ensure timely and smooth implementations for all customers
Create support SLA for internal use to ensure timely resolution of all issues
Review support issues to identify permanent solutions to all problems
Create product roadmap based on company goals and revenue targets
Align and get approvals from management team for all new development
Create project plan for all deliverables, highlighting any risks and mitigation plan
Manage vendor relationships for any outsourced development
Present a weekly status for all development and implementation projects, highlighting any deviations from the approved plan. Get approvals for modified plans.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
