- Schedule and organize Board meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
- Facilitate communication between the Board, shareholders, and the management team.
- Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders as needed.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure the startup complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Handle the incorporation process and maintain necessary filings with regulatory authorities.
