**Communication in English**:

- Relay messages and information to the appropriate staff members.
- Provide clear and accurate information to guests regarding policies, procedures, and services.

**Guest Relations**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the resort.
- Provide information about the resort's facilities, services, and amenities.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

**Salary**: ₹8,376.49 - ₹18,956.80 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alappuzha, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
