- Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.**:
- Contribute to the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
- **Participate in sales training and development programs.**:
- Prepare accurate reports on sales activities and performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Less than 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (a plus).**
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- **Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.**:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-directed.**:
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- **Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is a plus.**
