Assist with office support tasks.

Adhoc admin work/projects which come up in daily office operations.

Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

Petty cash handling accounting.

Maintaining any physical and online bills and sending them to accounts every month.

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices

Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.

Schedule travel arrangements for employees of the company

Provide administrative support for the HR team

Monitor office/co-working operations and assist office staff in maintaining files and databases.

Vendor Management - Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers

Manage office budget, and ensure accurate and timely reporting

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires - Asset management & Welcome kit dispatching.

Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, Snacks Marketing, and travel arrangements)

Coordination and management of office boy.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
