We are looking for HR & Admin Manager with minimum 1 to 3 years for a leading glass manufacturing company at Kheda, Gujarat.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Managing complete blue-collar recruitment process through Manpower Agencies.
• Ensure onboarding and induction process.
• Arrange Team building activities in the workshop.
• Responsible for updating all statutory documents and preparing documents as per applicable ACT. (Factory / Contract etc.)
• Facilitate in fulfilling all HSE requirement .
• Coordinate with all the workshop employees to facilitate with the required employee documents/ Medical cards/ confirmation letter.
• Collate all the inputs required for the monthly Payroll activities - Joiners / Leavers, Overtime. Cross check all the Overtime hours as recorded by the Manager w.r.t to attendance details in ERP.
• Assist in the fulfilment of employee services .
• Updating & correction of ERP profile for new & existing employees and maintain up-to-date records of tenured employees.
• Handling Blue Collar Workers and Workers Grievance handling.
• Provide support and advice on employee relations matters, Disciplinary action process.
Skill Sets-
• Experienced in Blue Collar Hiring and management.
• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position .
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
