Assist in the Project Management team of multiple programs and IT projects.
- Under general direction and coaching, assists project and program managers in creating and maintaining project planning documents (i.e. compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, agendas, minutes, change controls, and correspondence)
- Ensure documents required for project milestone closure are captured appropriately on proprietary software
- Provide Excel, and SharePoint administrative support (i.e. organizing project files and maintaining security access).and other internal tools.
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, meeting action items, and follow-up.
- Document, track, and provide status to the Project/Program Manager for the required business readiness activities as defined by the Business Lead for the project.
- Document, track, and help manage issues and risks including the timely update of issue/risk logs, assisting in the development and documenting of risk mitigation and issue resolution action plans, and providing status on issues/risks to Project/Program Managers.
- Supports project metrics analysis, team communication, resource planning, risk analysis, report generation, and documentation control.
- Adheres to and helps with the administration of IT Project Management standards, policies, procedures, and methodologies.
- Provides support to ensure client/customer service expectations are met.
- Responsibilities will also include the ability to work and communicate in a team environment to help monitor and ensure all activities are completed in a timely manner

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SharePoint.
- Experience in creating agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentation, and presentations.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative / project support experience.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple project/program managers and clients.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and time frames.
- Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high-quality results
- Experience in defining project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related area and 3 plus years of experience in the field or in a related area.
