This position holder needs to handle suppliers and internal customers for Purchase activity and independently should handle all indirect purchase order
- _ Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect goods and services._- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify best competitive suppliers for _Quality/Performance/cost-saving_ opportunities_
- ._
- _ Identify, evaluate, Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure favourable terms and ensure long-term partnerships._
- _ Purchasing includes _Capex/Opex/Services/Production_ operation related consumables._
- _ Generate and analyse procurement reports to support decision-making._- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value_
- and ensuring contracts are executed properly._
- _ Focus on reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for indirect purchases._
- _ Work closely with internal customers to understand their requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly. _
- Monitor and control the spend _
- based on Material request against the Forecast._
- _ Execute procurement processes, including requisitions and purchase orders._- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures_
- and ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements._- Maintain accurate procurement data in systems like SAP_
- & reports in the form of files. Generate reports to track spending and procurement activities._- Provide support and guidance throughout the procurement cycle_

- _ Promote the adoption of e-procurement solutions and other innovative tools._- Support business transformation initiatives through effective procurement_
- ._- Identify and mitigate risks associated with indirect procurement_

- _ Promote the adoption of digital tools and innovative solutions to streamline procurement processes and support business transformation._
- _ Conduct market assessments and benchmarking to support the development of procurement strategies._
