**What is the work?**:

- Assist with marketing projects in support of overall quarterly and annual business goals.
- Help identify ways to creatively and effectively reach new audiences, driving higher registrations for our educational activities, while continuing to communicate CMEO’s and CEC’s value propositions to audiences and stakeholders.
- Enlist the use of AI where appropriate for content creation and research and automation tools such as Zapier.
- Help manage web content, imagery, advertisements, and updates to keep the site current, while also improving the user experience and conversion rates.
- Knowledge about promotion strategy for E-learning products specifically in pharma & Healthcare
- Help manage the execution of SEO initiatives to meet target objectives, increase site traffic, and improve organic rankings.
- Help manage additional digital marketing strategies, including SMS campaigns, YouTube channel updates and optimization, social channel streaming, and podcasts.
- Assist with association and other organizational partnership fulfillment.
- Assist with gathering and analyzing data to help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the team to successfully execute projects with defined timelines.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ year of marketing experience within a marketing department or agency preferred; 1+ year of marketing experience within the healthcare or professional education sector preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in PowerPoint and WordPress preferred.
- 1+ year of experience working within HubSpot or similar marketing platform preferred.
- Preferred: experience in AI prompt engineering, SEO best practices and implementation, MarTech API integrations, and social, search, or display ad platform experience.
