**Profile introduction**:
As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, customer relationship management, and effective sales strategies. You will work closely with internal teams to understand our products and services, and then develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
