**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve enrollment targets for the referral program.
- Identify, qualify, and build strong relationships with chemists and medical professionals in the target market.
- Conduct regular visits to chemists and medical professionals to promote HIIMS Premier's services and benefits.
- Educate chemists and medical professionals about Ayurveda and Naturopathy treatments and their advantages.
- Enroll chemists and medical professionals into the referral program and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results.
- Attend industry conferences and events to generate leads and build relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proven experience as a medical representative in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Ayurveda and Naturopathy market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Results-oriented with a strong sales track record.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Desired Skills
- Proficiency in local languages (if applicable).
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

The incumbent will be required to build a network of chemists across Delhi-NCR, engage with chemists regularly and roll out initiatives on a regular basis.

Pay: From ₹550,000.00 per year
