Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Order and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.
**Calendar Management**:Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary.
**Documentation and Filing**:Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets.
Keep records up to date and ensure their security.
Distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
**Meeting Support**:Prepare meeting agendas and materials.
Take meeting minutes and distribute them to attendees.
Set up audio-visual equipment for presentations when required.
**Administrative Support**:Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
**Client and Vendor Relations**:Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and partners.
Assist with coordinating meetings and events involving external parties.
**Basic Financial Tasks**:Assist with expense tracking and reimbursements.
Assist in the preparation of invoices and basic financial reports.
**Problem Solving**:Identify and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
Communicate any problems or concerns to management promptly.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
