**Urgent Opening for An Unarmed Security Trainer** is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to unarmed security guards or Trainees as per the SOP, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively monitor and protect property, deter criminal activity, and respond appropriately to emergencies, all while adhering to legal and company guidelines, without the use of firearms.

**Salary**: As per Industry standard.

**I. Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Instruction**:
Deliver theoretical training sessions on security concepts, legal boundaries, company policies, and proper use of security equipment.
- **Practical Training**:
Conduct hands-on training exercises simulating real-life scenarios like intruder response, suspicious activity identification, crowd control, and active shooter drills.
- **Assessment and Certification**:
Evaluate trainees' performance through practical assessments and written tests to ensure competency and issue security guard certifications upon successful completion.
- **On-the-Job Training**:
Provide ongoing field support and mentorship to newly trained security guards, observing their performance and addressing any concerns.
- **Compliance Monitoring**:
Regularly review security guard performance and ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
- **Incident Reporting and Analysis**:
Investigate security incidents, identify training gaps, and incorporate findings into future training programs.

**II. Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Security Experience**:
Proven experience as a licensed security guard or prior law enforcement background.
- **Training Expertise**:
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs for security personnel.
- **Communication Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey security procedures and information to trainees.
- **Leadership Abilities**:
Capability to guide and motivate trainees, fostering a positive learning environment.
- **Physical Fitness**:
Ability to perform physical demonstrations and participate in practical training exercises.
- **Legal Knowledge**:
Understanding of relevant security laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- **Work Environment**:
Primarily classroom-based training with occasional on-site visits to assess security operations.

May involve irregular hours depending on training schedules and site requirements.
