Ensures that all doors, shutters, and windows should be locked after verifying that all electrical appliances are switched off after the end of the shift for the day after such locking all the keys should be brought to the office and recorded in the corresponding notebook and handed over to the supervisor.

7. Movement of people, arrivals & departures of materials, and entry and exit of vehicles should be validated as to whether they are properly recorded in the respective registers.

8. All job seekers, visitors, customers, and contractors should be inquired and confirmed, should be obtained the permission of the person to be met with, and recorded in the relevant register and seated in the guest room of the company., also, must provide a permission slip as well, Also, the informant should arrange the meeting with the person who is going to meet and confirm that all this is done properly.

Employees, laborers’, suppliers, contractors, jobseekers, representatives of buyers and any other person shall be allowed to enter after being entered in the relevant register as per the direction of the administration and issued with the visitor identity card and all these details should be properly recorded in the records.

12. All employees must wear uniforms and identity cards issued by the management, those who do not wear them should be stopped at the main entrance and sent to the Human Resource Department and processed according to their guidelines.

13. The empty containers arriving to carry the goods are stopped at the main gate and inquired about the container size, number, insurance of the vehicle, driver's license, mobile number, agency address, driver / cleaner details, driver's departure time, etc. After registering in the register and obtaining signatures, the container should be sent in after 10 (ten) phase inspection.

14. 16. Ensure the security, Safety of all employees along with Visitors and guests of the Premises.

17. Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees, visitors and guests.

18. Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

19. Good knowledge of C - TPAT procedures.

21. Issues office keys to authorized person with their signature in register and acknowledge the same at end of the day while handing over.

22. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

23. Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.

24. Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, facility patrol, and traffic control.
