**Job Title: Lehenga Sales Executive (Premium Brands)**

**Location: Kothapet(Hyderabad)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive with a passion for high-end fashion, particularly in traditional wear such as Lehengas. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, offering personalized customer service, and maintaining the luxurious experience that our premium brand promises. You should possess in-depth knowledge of the fashion industry, customer preferences, and the art of selling luxury products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate Lehenga styles, fabrics, and designs.
- **Sales & Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling high-end Lehengas and related bridal/occasion wear.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Provide detailed information on fabric, embellishments, stitching, and design to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the lehenga and bridal fashion industry.
- **Customer Relationships**:

- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist with alterations, customizations, and other post-sale services.
- **Store Presentation & Maintenance**:

- Ensure that the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage and display inventory effectively to attract customers and maximize sales opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other sales staff to ensure smooth operations and achieve team sales goals.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in premium brands, bridal, or luxury fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to connect with customers.
- A deep understanding of high-end fashion, particularly traditional and wedding wear like Lehengas.
- **Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of various fabrics, embroidery styles, and the design process of Lehengas.
- Familiarity with the luxury market and customer expectations in high-end retail.
- **Appearance**:

- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance in keeping with the brand's premium image.
- **Language Skills**:

- Fluency in (English, Hindi, Telugu)
